Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The first volume of the seven-volume "Selected Works" of the rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, People's Writer, academician Kamal Abdullayev has been published.

The 1st volume includes 3 novels and information about the academician, the 2nd volume - one novel, one novella and short stories, the 3rd volume - poems, essays, plays, and the 4th volume - research about Kitabi Dada Gorgud", in the 5th volume - works in the field of linguistics and poetics, in the 6th volume - interviews and articles, in the 7th volume - articles and books written about the academician in the country and abroad, as well as the writer's statements about them.

Note that in the Azerbaijani and world literary criticism, the novels of the People's Writer K. Abdullayev are considered visual examples of the literature of postmodernism, intellectual prose.
