The article “Electrical conductivity of a MnGaInSe4 single crystal in an alternating field”, co-authored by an employee of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of ANAS, was published in the journal “Technical Physics Letters”, which is published by Springer Nature Switzerland (Switzerland) and is indexed in the “Web of Science ".

The article examined the physical properties of the MnGaInSе4 single crystal, which is considered a promising magnetic material for modern electrical engineering, including the dependence of its electrical conductivity on temperature and frequency. The research work covers the issues of determining the activation energy and is devoted to modern problems of materials science.
