Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, a large number of medical institutions - hospitals, clinics, etc., equipped with the latest equipment have been built in Azerbaijan in recent years. Millions of manats are spent annually from the state budget for the development of the health care system.

These thoughts are reflected in the article by Rashid Fataliyev, a leading researcher at the Institute of Geography named after Academician H.A. Aliyev, PhD in Geological and mineralogical sciences, entitled "Free support from doctors of a brave and proud country - or a Cuban example for the health of Azerbaijan."

Noting that the fight against COVID-19 in our country has gradually entered into positive dynamics, the author praised the work of domestic doctors in this direction and said that he attaches great importance to the arrival of Cuban doctors to Azerbaijan.
