On November 28 held next seminar-training at II Special Department of Presidium of ANAS with the participation of ANAS’s chiefs of civil defense headquarters of scientific institutions and organizations.

Eldar Guliyev, chief of II Special Department of the Presidium of ANAS, opened seminar-training, gave information about the issues on the agenda.

Civil Defense training in accordance with Civil Defense (CD) Plan for 2014 carried out in 14 ANAS institutes for protection of employees in case of emergencies, determine chief and commander staff’s preparation level.

Later, it was decided to prepare plans of CD in accordance with the decision of Cabinet of Ministers No. 193 dated September 25, 1998, implement preventive measures for preventing extraordinary events and strength educational work in the field.
