ANAS Institute of Cybernetics named after acad. A. Huseynov held constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council.

Opening the event, director of the institute acad. Telman Aliyev brought to mind government’s care to young scientists and researchers and reforms in the field of science. Leading scientific worker of the institute PhD in math Ilgar Mammadov, leading scientific worker PhD in technique docent Samir Rustamov, deputy director Dr. Technique prof. Ogtay Nusretov and others stressed the necessity of encouraging the youth into the science, creating efficient opportunity for solution of social and other problems.

The names of nominators elected for the Council consisting of 55 individuals. Chair – Samir Rustamov, deputies – senior scientific worker PhD in math Mastaliyev Reshad and scientific worker Aygun Huseynova, secretary – junior scientific worker Guliyeva Rena.
