Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

A video conference with the participation of astronomers from ten countries was carried out as part of the Maria Sklodovskaya-Curie grant project funded by the European Union's “Horizon 2020” program.

The conference was initiated and chaired by the “Ulduz” department of the Ondrejev Observatory of the Institute of Astronomy of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

The conference was attended by head of the department of Shamakhi Astrophysics Observatory named after Nasraddin Tusi of ANAS, Ph.D., associate professor J.N. Rustamov and employees of the institute A.Abdulkarimova, G.Hajiyeva, S.Mammadova, Sh.Agayeva. Within the grant project research work carried out since the beginning of 2019 was reported.

Note that during this period, spectral observations of program stars were carried out in the SAR through the observatory's 2-meter telescope, and the spectra obtained are currently being processed. Currently, research work in the direction of the grant project is being successfully continued.
