On October 25 and 26, an employee of the Institute of Oriental Studies of ANAS Samid Bagirov gave an interview in connection with Karabakh to a number of Arabic-language channels.

On October 25, in an interview with the well-known Iranian-speaking TV channel "al-Alam", Samid Bagirov spoke about international decisions on evacuation from the territories occupied by Armenia, that these decisions have not yet been implemented, and about the counterattack of our army.

In an interview with the Iraqi al-Afag TV channel the next day, the scientist spoke about Armenia's violation of the third ceasefire agreement, that international mediators did not put pressure on Armenia and that the Azerbaijani army launched a counterattack in order to restore its legal rights in response to Armenian occupation.
