A meeting on the victory in the Karabakh war was held at the Institute of History of Science

The Institute of History of Science of ANAS held a meeting on the end of the Karabakh war and the declaration of a ceasefire.

Opening speech the event, Director of the Institute of History of Science, Doctor of Historical Sciences Maryam Seyidbayli said that for 30 years Azerbaijan has been trying to liberate the occupied territories peacefully, to resolve the conflict peacefully, but Armenia's aggressive policy did not allow it.

Seyidbayli noted that after the successful military operations launched on September 27, a peace agreement was signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 10, 2020 with the mediation of the Russian Federation, and Azerbaijan's territorial integrity was restored.

Then the head of the Department of Historiography and Source Studies, Doctor of Philosophy in History, Associate Professor Ziyad Amrahov spoke about the successful exposing of the Armenian lies by the President.
