Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

A new book "Söz haqqında söz" by the director of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, academician Mukhtar Imanov has been published.

The book, published by "Elm və Təhsil" Publishing House, contains scientific articles written by the scientist in recent years and interviews published in various media outlets. Statehood thought and folklore, theoretical issues of modern folklore, current problems of the Azerbaijani language and literature, prominent personalities of the Azerbaijani humanities and their scientific concepts, classical literary heritage, literary translation etc, the articles on the topics are intended for a wide readership.

The compiler and editor of the book published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS is PhD in philology associate professor Sonmaz Abbasli.
