Statue on the “Gold Medal named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan Republic”

Item 1.Nominated persons

The citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic and foreigners are annually awarded by “Gold Medal named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan Republic” among the living for fundamental and applied scientific results, works, inventions, opening, and also for the person of a merit in development of science once a year.

1.2.The Persons awarded with other orders and medals of Azerbaijan Republic for merits specified in item 1.1 of present Statue, can't be awarded by “Gold Medal named after Nizami Ganjavi of the Azerbaijan Republic “for the same merits.

Item 2.Nominated by authority

By “Gold medal of the Azerbaijan Republic of a name of Nizami Ganjavi “ the persons specified in the 1st item of the present Statue are awarded by the relevant structure.

Item 3.Rules for wearing medal

The “Gold Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Nizami Ganjavi” is worn on the left side of a breast, and after in the presence of other awards and medals of the Azerbaijan Republic.
