The Central Scientific Library (CSL) of ANAS, founded in 1923, keeps rare and valuable books with historical scientific publications. One of the books preserved in the CSL's "Rare Book" Fund is a 1533 Latin edition by Roman scholar Flavius Blondus dedicated to ancient Rome. The book is called the victory and triumph of Rome because it glorifies the state and culture created by the ancient Romans. He considers the administrative and military structures of Rome to be exemplary and advises modern Italians to follow the example of ancient Rome, urging them to be as patriotic as the Romans.
It should be noted that the "Rare Book" Foundation includes unique, miniature publications that meet the criteria of a rare book, regardless of the year, place and language of publication. The books preserved here are mainly in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Latin.
