Sabina Nematzadeh, senior scientific worker of “Investigation of Arabic manuscripts” department Institute of Manucripts PhD in theology delivered lecture on “Ibn Haldun in the studies of Azer Mehdioglu”, Hormet Javadova, Baku State University faculty of Social sciences and psychology employee, PhD in philosophy delivered a lecture on “Social-political views of Ibn Haldun and modernity”.
