Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The Institute of Manuscripts named after Mahammad Fuzuli of ANAS has published the monograph "Nizami Ganjavi and Azerbaijani folk art".

The new edition was transliterated at the Institute of Manuscripts on the basis of the manuscript of Mammad Alakbarov's dissertation of the same name preserved in the library of Baku State University and prepared for publication as a monograph.

The book was published in accordance with the decision of the meetings of the Scientific Council of the Ganja Division of ANAS and the Institute of Manuscripts named after Mahammad Fuzuli held in January of the current year. The project leader is the chairman of the Ganja Branch, academician Fuad Aliyev, and the chief scientific adviser is the director of the Institute of Manuscripts, academician Teymur Karimli. The scientific editor of the new publication is the corresponding member of ANAS Nushaba Arasli, the reviewers are doctors of philological sciences Seyfaddin Rzasoy and Pasha Karimov. Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Manuscripts, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Associate Professor Azizaga Najafov is the author of the "Foreword" and transliterating the book and preparing it for publication.
