Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Today is the birthday of the Deputy Minister of War of the People's Republic of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Aliagha Shikhlinski, nicknamed "The God of the Artillery" for his undeniable services in the theoretical and practical development of artillery and his victories.

The National Museum of History of Azerbaijan of ANAS preserves the personal belongings of one of the activists of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, Deputy Minister of Defense, General Aliagha Shikhlinski.
