“Innovative social-economic development of regions: realities and outlooks” republican scientific-practical conference

“Innovative social-economic development of regions: realities and outlooks” republican scientific-practical conference co-organized by Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, ANAS Scientific Innovation Center, Academy of Labor and Social Relations devoted to 92nd anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held.

Event was attended by scholars and specialists of 26 scientific and educational ventures.

Opening the event rector of Academy of Labor and Social Relations, prof. Huseyn Garashov made speech on national leader’s purposeful statehood policy, successful reforms implemented by him in all spheres of life, social-economic policy directed to increase welfare standards of our nation. This policy has been fruitfully continued by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he stated.

Delivering a lecture on “Formation and management of national innovation system”, director of ANAS Center for Scientific Innovations PhD in Law Azer Namazov stated that Oil strategy which has laid by national leader and contunied by President of state currently has shifted our country into the one of leader states not only in the region, but also in the CIS.

Director of Center for Education-Training Center attached to Center for Scientific Innovations, Dr. Economy prof. Tarbiz Aliyev noted the need for organizing science and knowledge-based, competitive and innovation-oriented economy in the regions of Azerbaijan in his lecture on “National experience for regional innovation program design”.

Conference mainly has focused on creation of new innovative infrastructure.
