By joint organization of AR Ministry of Economy and Industry, Aran Regional Branch, ANAS Institute of Economy and Mingechevir Polytechnic Institute(MPI), Mingechevir city hosted “Aran economic region’s role in formation of state regional policy: realities and prospective development” scientific-practical conference.

Opening the conference rector of MPI prof. Akif Hajiyev stressed the importance of conference. Reporting at the meeting, director of the Instiute of Economy, Dr. Economics, prof. Isa Aliyev dealth with the succeses of Azerbaijan in recent years.

At the plenary session, as well as the vice president of MPI, Dr. Economics prof.Veysel Eyyubov, AR Ministry of Economy and Industry, head of Aran regional branch Elbrus Huseynov, chief chair of Sumgait State University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, prof. Muhammad Akhmedov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics, PhD in economics Allahyar Muradov and senior teacher of MPI Nazim Niftaliyev.
