Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The regional conference of the International Geographical Congress will be held from August 17 till 21 in Moscow, Russia.

Director of ANAS Institute of Geography, Academician Ramiz Mammadov and Deputy Director of the same scientific institution, corresponding member Elbrus Alizadeh will perform on themes: “Transformation of landscapes and landscape planning experience in the Caspian Sea”, “Degradation of arid landscapes as a result of anthropogenic impacts".

Conference which brought together scientists from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, USA, Germany, France, Japan, China, Great Britain and other countries around the world will discuss the extensive issues.
