Personnel evaluation is an important process in human resource management. The multicriteria nature and the presence of both qualitative and quantitative factors make it considerably more complex. Paper entitled "Multicriteria personnel selection by the modified fuzzy VIKOR mehtod" devoted above mentioned problem by Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology, Acad. Rasim Aliguliyev, chief department Acad. Dr. Engineering Ramiz Aliguliyev and head of the Center for Educational Innovation Rasmiya Mahmudova, has been published on the “The Scientific World Journal” (Hindawi publishing cooperation).

Experiments showed that the proposed modified fuzzy VIKOR method has some advantages over fuzzy VIKOR method. Firstly, from a computational complexity point of view, the presented model is effective.
