Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Recently, National Museum of Azerbaijan History has obtained unique women decorative items.

The two sets of gloves and a bag of stibium dates back to the end of XIX century. Being belonged to Kalbajar region, a set of decoation elobarted with gold plates and decorated to embroidery of gulabatin and gold-colored fringes. These women's jewelry was prepared for dressing up a bride in the western region.

Woman head decoration dating back to the end of XIX xentury belongs to Zagatala region. It was made of silver, decorated with colored stones.

New materials that have been included to the museum once again demonstrate clothing-decoration culture of Azerbaijan people and high level development of jewelry.
