ANAS Vice-President Academician Ibrahim Guliyev received Russian participants of the round table on "Russia-Azerbaijan: from a favorable environment for an inclusive society" held under the joint organization of ANAS Institute of Human Rights and the Moscow State Humanitarian-Economic University (MSHEU) on February 9.

Welcoming the guests Academician Ibrahim Guliyev noted that, this event is of great importance for our country from the perspective of study of international experience in solving the problems of integration of persons with disabilities in education.

Rector of MSHEU, Doctor of Sociology, Professor Vagif Bayramov noted that, during the event they got acquainted with the work carried out in Azerbaijan in the field of integration of persons with disabilities in society, improve their social status, as well as development of inclusive education.

He stressed that, the Russian Federation establishing close cooperation with Azerbaijan in this sphere is interested for joint projects.

Then Head of the Department of Children Education with the developmental disabilities and socialization of Department of State Policy in the field of children's rights protection of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Larisa Falkovskaya, Professor of the Department of History and Philosophy of Moscow State University Anatoly Gerasimov, Head of the Research-laboratory of MSHEU Dmitry Raydugin and Vice-Rector for development of innovations of Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of "Ufa State Oil Technical University", Head of the Department of History, Psychology and Pedagogy, Head of Research Laboratory "Methodology and technology for inclusive education" Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Svetlana Galiullina told about the Russian experience in the field of social protection and inclusion of people with disabilities into society, sharing their thoughts on how to solve existing problems and an analysis carried out in their country activities in this area.

The meeting was also attended by Director of the Institute of Human Rights of ANAS, Doctor of Law Sciences Ayten Mustafayeva and Head of Department of Public Relations and Science Popularization of ANAS Administration Presidium Zulfuqar Farzaliyev.
