Book dubbed “Ten years that changed Azerbaijan (2003-2013)” by Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, head of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was published in Poland.

As a sequel of Acad. Ramiz Mehdiyev's books on the statehood history of Azerbaiajn, the independent country's development and achievements, national leader Heydar Aliyev’s strategic course and on various aspects of successful domestic and foreign policy by President Ilham Aliyev, which released in Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Romania and other countries, “Ten years that changed Azerbaijan (2003-2013)" book was published in Polish (in Poland) after Russia and Romania.

Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev’s book provides broad information about progressive reforms carried out in Azerbaijan in 2003-2013, in spheres of politics, ideology, economics, social life, culture and education, including obtained achievements, socio-innovative control mechanisms, applied to the country ("ASAN service").

Author glances at development phases of Azerbaijan under guidance of President Ilham Aliyev during mentioned years, deals with modern changes by initiative and support of the state head, also social-economic reforms.

Thought-provoking moments, regarding the state-of-the-art and future development of our country allow say that, as a perfect philosophical-political monograph on Azerbaijan, this work is an objective and a valuable source for foreign readers, belonging to the most diverse class.

The book was released in the city of Torun in Poland by "Adam Marshalek" Publishing-House. Work was translated from Russian into Polish by Anna Yaqlonska and Ian Chikhotskiy.

On the back of the book was informed about life and creativity of Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev.
