On February, 2014 150 years since the birth of the outstanding representative of the Azerbaijani social thought, known educator and writer-publicist Ali bey Huseynzade are executed.In order to place the 150th anniversary of the outstanding public figure of Ali bey Huseynzadeh , who played an important role in the formation of cultural integration of the Turkic peoples as an ideology put forward the importance of democratic principles on the basis of traditional values in the construction of modern society , and actively participated in the development of the theoretical foundations of an independent national statehood, but also due to the created throughout his multifaceted activities rich philosophical and journalistic , literary and scientific heritage has made a valuable contribution to the history of Azerbaijan enlightenment, in accordance with paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution,I hereby decree:

1.To the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic together with the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic and National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, taking into account offers of the Union of writers of Azerbaijan to prepare and carry out the plan of measures, devoted to Ali bey Huseynzade's 150-year anniversary.

2.To the cabinet of Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from the present Order.
