Scientific Council on the problems of the Coordination Council of the Biology Research of the Republic of Azerbaijan hosted the regular meeting.

The meeting was attended by experts in botany, biophysics, zoology, physiology and microbiology.

At the event, Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council of Academician Irada Huseynova informed the participants about the topics, executives and consultants of doctoral students and dissertators admitted to the Council on the preparation program of PhD and Doctors.

She said that, topics were initially brought to wide discussion in the relevant sections of the Council with the participation of specialists in this sphere and it was proposed to make certain amendments.

Then, at a general meeting of the Academic Council were discussed in detail proposals received from individual sections.

The meeting discussed the 27 theses, 3 of which were presented at the training program for Doctors and 19 - PhD. 22 from them Dissertational topics were approved with some changes, and the 5 were sent back for re-review to the Scientific Council.

Members of ANAS Ibrahim Azizov, Panah Muradov, Valida Alizadeh, Ilham Alakbarov, Professor Sayara Ibadullayev, Janbakhish Najafov, Doctor of Biological Sciences Saftar Suleymanov Yashar Feyziyev, Zachariya Mammadov, Aydin Askerov, PhD in Biology Alamdar Mammadov, PhD on Physical-Mathematical Sciences Elman Yusifov and others expressed their views and suggestions.
