Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On October 28, the total number of secondary schools of Baku city 189-190 under the joint organization of the Huseyn Javid’s Memorial Flat of ANAS and Youth Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan held an event to promote the creative heritage of our great poet Huseyn Javid.

The event was funded by the youth and led by an employee of the museum Farida Aliyeva within project entitled "Promoting creativity of Huseyn Javid among school adolescents." The main objective of the project - promotion of the rich artistic and philosophical heritage of Huseyn Javid among youth and adolescents and raise them tied to their historical roots in the spirit of patriotism, and the enrichment of their national-spiritual and artistic thinking.

Addressing the meeting, students were given detailed information about the rich heritage of the great playwright and provided excerpts from his works.

The project was presented to the students recently published book "The Wisdom of Javid: Selected Aphorisms (in Azerbaijani and English languages)."
