After the events of April 2016, there was not any change of tense explosive in the confrontation line of Armenian-Azerbaijan. Whether meetings of presidents of both countries, or the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group, did not give proper results. The most influential international organizations and individual political figures are involved in solution of Karabakh conflict, and restoration of negotiations. But no one can guarantee that a just peace ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh to be completed in the near future. Therefore, neither war actually stopped at the front (occupied territories have not been liberated so far), nor completed in diplomatic area and in the media. Nagorno-Karabakh is beneficial for some people to build a dirty business and insidious policy.
