On December 7, “Fairmont Hotel” in Baku hosted for a presentation of book “History of Sheikh-ul-Islam”

Organized by the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations and the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO), the event was attended by Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh, President of ANAS, Academician Akif Alizadeh, chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations Mubariz Gurbanli, MPs, ambassadors of several countries, the leaders of the religious communities, representatives of science and the public.

Chairman of Caucasian Muslims Office, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh spoke about the existing in our country, the fraternal relations between the various religions and nations. He noted that Azerbaijan example of multiculturalism and tolerance is perceived and studied as a successful model in the international arena.
