As known, in order to improve the management of ANAS Central Administration of the Presidium has been implemented a series of structural reforms.

Thus, the decision of the Presidium dated May 29, 2013, have been raised the status of the two departments and three new branch and offices were established on the basis of. At the same time, were established Department of Education and Human Resources based on Doctoranture and Human Resources department and General Department based on Secretariat.

However, documentation of the Board meetings, press conferences, the necessity for the safe storage and archive transfer, excessiveness of the tasks and functions before just only structural division, also taking into account increase the flow of documents in the result of the reforms, decisions, orders, and so the majority, was made a decision on the abolition of General Department. Instead of the two major divisions at the department - Protocol Department and Secretariat has been established. The Statue of both departments has been approved by the Presidium of ANAS.

With another decision Rasime Huseynova was defined the head of the Secretariat,Sevinj Hasanova - the head of Protocol Department.
