Senior scientific worker of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS Nurida Mukhtarzadeh has published a book "Holy and sacred places from functional-semantic viewpoint”.

The publication conducts functional-semantic aspects of the holy and sacred places, one of the basic concepts of our spiritual world. Holy and sacred places in Masalli region, which locates in the south part of Azerbaijan, religious legends about them, their healing and social function, role in our culture are mainstreamed in the book.

Fuzuli Bayat is a scientific editor of the book.
