Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On January 25 hosted a presentation of the novel "Father's home" by Head of the Department of folklore of Minority peoples of ANAS Institute of Folklore, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Nizami Muradogly.

A ceremony wich held at ANAS Institute of Manuscripts after M. Fuzuli attended by members of academic institutions, members of the Department of Humanitarian Sciences.

Opening the event Deputy Director for Research of the Institute of Manuscripts, Doctor of Philology sciences Pasha Karimov congratulated the author with the release of a new valuable works.

Noted that, in new novel, events are take place in Ailis of Ordubad village at the beginning of the XX century, in the years of the Armenian aggression. The author in the novel by realistic tones tried to describe contradictory events of an era, the real face, spiritual triviality of Armenians.

Then, Deputy Director on scientific work of the Institute of Literature after Nizami, Doctor of Philology Mammad Aliyev in his speech spoke about the merits of the book, noted the value of the product in terms of the realities of the propaganda associated with our history. He notes that, this is a work written in the genre of the historical novel, meets all the requirements of the epic kind. The protagonist works Ailis village and its inhabitants.

Saying that the novel "Father's home" is written on the basis of events, imprinted in the memory of the inhabitants Eylis and transmitted from generation to generation, M. Aliyev noted that, in the book of irrefutable facts are put forward on the basis of historical documents.

The facts connected with history of this village elicited from various sources the next time with high artistry prove that Armenians are alien on these lands.

Spoke at the event Associate Professor of classical Azerbaijani literature of Baku State University, PhD in philology Matanet Sarajli, head of the Department of the Folklore Institute of, PhD in Philology Agaverdi Khalil, PhD in Philology Adil Nazar, philologist Ismail Hekimli and others talked about the value of work, public presentation.

They have noted that, the novel "Father’s home" holds a specific place in N. Muradogla's creativity.

In conclusion, the author has expressed gratitude to organizers and participants at the event, has thanked all who have taken part in the edition of the novel.
