Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

With the financial support of Youth Foundation under the President of Azerbaijan published the book "Library science in the period of independence of Azerbaijan."

The book, created by the scientific support of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts after Muhammad Fuzuli, analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations of the state library policy for the first time, principles, goals and objectives of legislation, organizational problems of library and information services.

The publication is intended for library staff working in the field of young researchers, as well as teachers and students of educational institutions in the field of culture and libraries.

Compiler of the book, prepared in the framework of the project "Support of the scientific activities of young bibliographer" is a student information and library faculty of Baku State University Haji Gasimli.

Scientific of edition consultant - Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Manuscripts, Doctor of Philology sciences and scientific editor - Scientific Secretary of ANAS Huseyn Javid’s Memorial Flat Natig Mursalov.
