Head of Presidential Administration Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev is a responsible person for edition of the book, publishing at the “Azerneshr”.

Visits of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the United Kingdom, Romania and Kazakhstan from July 2009 to September, press declamations, and signed documents were reflected in the edition.

In addition, edition includes materials about President’s reception of senior officials from United Arab Amirates, the USA, Chezh, Germany, Turkey, Belarus and other countires, OSCE, the European Union, and TURKSOY organizations, including letters of President.
