Huseyn Javid’s Memorial Flat held commemorative event in associated with 22th anniversary of Khojali tragedy on February 24, 2014.

In advance, martyrs were remembered for a minute of silence.

Inhumane acts, mass genocide committed by Armenian fascists in Khojaly are one of the most terrible tragedies in the history of our nation, noted director of the museum Dr. Philology Gulbeniz Babakhanli. She pointed out that, the crime of genocide, which is inadmissible under international humanitarian law was consciously committed by Armenians, and deliberately resorted to an unprecedented massacre. Afterwards the museum staff gave detailed information about the Khojaly massacre.

Note that, Armenian armed forces joint with Russian 366th Motor Rifle Regiment have acted of vandalism on the night of February 25 to 26, 1992.

The commemoration has displayed photo exhibition and a slide show dedicated to the Khojaly tragedy.
