The 94th anniversary of the architect and creator of the independent Azerbaijan state, the outstanding statesman Heydar Aliyev took place. The memory of the genius person, who saved his people in both periods of the country's leadership from the threat of split, destruction and disappearance of history from the political scene, lives and will live in the heart of every citizen of Azerbaijan.

On May 10, events took place on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in a number of scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS.

Academician Nazim Mammadov, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physical, Mathematical and Technical Sciences, told about the work done by the national leader Heydar Aliyev in the field of state construction and improvement of the well-being of the Azerbaijani people at the meeting held at the Institute of Physics.

At the event organized by the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography, the Director of the Institute, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Maisa Rahimova noted that the coming to power in Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev for the second time saved our people and the state from great disasters. It was noted that the national leader always paid great attention to the history, as well as the archeology and ethnography of Azerbaijan.

The 94th anniversary of the great leader Heydar Aliyev was also noted in the House Museum of Huseyn Javid. Director of this structure, Doctor of Philology Gulbeniz Babakhanli told about the historical merits of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the development of Azerbaijan as a result of the efforts of a wise politician, attention and care for the heritage of the brilliant master of the word Huseyn Javid.

Within the framework of the event, an exhibition on the topic "Heydar Aliyev and Huseyn Javid" was also demonstrated.
