Mariam Aliyeva is well known in Moscow. And when she worked in the problems of the diaspora, she worked at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, and when she was elected director of the Institute of the History of Science of this academy - the name Seidbeyli was constantly present in the list of speakers at conferences and symposia held by the Russian Academy of Sciences.
