Work "From the History of Diplomacy. Nakhchivan diplomats" by the chairman of the ANAS Nakhchivan Division, Academician Ismail Hajiyev and the researcher of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archeology of the Division, Ph.D in History Elnur Kalbizadeh was published in Russian at the publishing house "Lambert Academic Publishing" in Germany. Reviewers of the book are corresponding member of ANAS Hajifrahraddin Safarli and Ph.D in History Elbrus Isayev.

The authors, who narrate in the introductory part of the work about Nakhchivan diplomats in the history of Azerbaijan of the 20th century, noted that, as a result of the activities of these outstanding personalities Nakhchivan remained as an integral part of Azerbaijan. The new edition describes the diplomatic activities of such personalities as Muhammad aga Shakhtakhtli, Mohammed Khan Tekinsky, Bahram Khan Nakhchivan, Ali Sabri Gasimov, Behbud Shakhtakhtinsky, Ibrahim Abilov, Ziya Yusif Talibzade and Gasum bey Jamalbekov, Ismail bey Jamalbekov, Balabek Alibekov, Rza Tahmasib and Aziz Sharif.

The book also draws attention to the information in connection with the Nakhchivan issue in the diplomatic activity and work of Abbasguly Aga Bakikhanov. One of the last sections of the book is devoted to the issue of Nakhchivan's place in the Azerbaijani-Polish relations.
