Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History presented book "Azerbaijan 1941-1945." Heroes of the Soviet Union" by researcher of military history Azad Huseynov.

Speaking at the event, Director of the Museum, Academician Nailya Velikhanli stressed the importance of popular scientific publications in the study and propaganda of the military history of Azerbaijan. She noted that, the publication reflected the facts, documents reflecting the life and the way of the heroes. In addition, the book includes information about Azerbaijanis, awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union posthumously.

Then, the author of the book, the researcher Azad Huseynov noted, the importance of a deeper study of military history, expressed gratitude to the organizers and participants of the event.
