Next assembly of Scientific Council of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami was held.

Opening the meeting acad, Isa Habibbayli informed about the issues on the agenda. He made speech on elaborations of materials, publication for preparation over “Mirze Fatali Akhundzadeh” encyclopedia. Pursuant to decree approved by the Presidium of ANAS on jubilee of Mirze Fatali Akhundzadeh, variety of measures has been taken.

Doctor of sciences Zaman Asgarli, Vagif Arzumanli, Tahira Mammad reported and shared their opinion in the discussions.

Finally, Isa Habibbayli put forward the necessity of to explore Russia and Georgia archives for preparation of the above mentioned encyclopedia, and gave useful suggestions and instruction for Working Group.
