Senior researcher of the Department of Literature Studies of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature of the Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS, Ph.D. in Philology Aygun Orujova’s " Jalil Mammadguluzadeh Poetry " monograph was published.

The scientific editor of the publication is vice-president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbeyli, reviewers - doctors of philological sciences Huseyn Gashimli and Farman Khalilov.

The monograph consists of a foreword by Academician Isa Habibbayli, entitled "The poetic work of an outstanding writer", introduction, 3 chapters and conclusions.

The new edition reflects less attracted side of famous as the second Molla Nasreddin of the Turkic-Muslim world, the playwright, the founder of the satirical magazine "Molla Nasreddin" and the literary school, talented writer Jalil Mammadgulizadeh’s rich activity. In the book, attention is drawn not only to the satirical and lyric poems of the great master of the world, but also to the allegorical drama "The Tea Ceremony" written in verse, as well as feuilletons, articles, poetic samples used in his dramatic and prosaic works.

The monograph tells about the role of Jalil Mammadguluzadeh in the formation of ideological, aesthetic and linguistic features of the satirical verse.
