"Physicochemical properties of thin rhenium chalcogenides coatings" monograph by ANAS Vice-President, Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, Academician Dilgam Tagiyev and laboratory assistant of this institute, Doctor of Chemistry Elza Salahova was published in English language in Germany.

The publication gives detailed information about some physical-chemical properties of thin layers of rhenium chalcogenide alloys with semiconductor properties: microbesity, internal tension, micro-organisms, electroconductivity, volt amperage characteristics.
