Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On October 16, 2017, at 11:00 am, by the organizational support of the Presidium of ANAS, the Institute of Oriental Studies after Z.M.Bunyatov and the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan will be held international conference on "Actual problems of contemporary Oriental studies" (read by Ziya Buniyatov).

The event dedicated to the memory of the prominent Azerbaijani historian and scholar-orientalist, public figure, State Prize winner, Hero of the Soviet Union, academician Ziya Bunyadov, will begin with a visit to the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and academician Ziya Bunyatov in the Alley of Honor at 10:00.

The conference will last two days.
