Presentation of the book "Personality, state, miracle…" held

ANAS Institute of Law and Human Rights hosted a presentation of the book "Personality, state, miracle... ", authored by the employee of this scientific institution, Doctor of Law, Professor Ali Rzayev on October 17.

Event attended representatives of relevant ministries and committees of Azerbaijan, deputies, scientists and representatives of the mass media.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Director of the Institute for Scientific Work, Doctor of law Nazim Jafarli, , noted that A.Rzayev - a scientist who is distinguished by his uniqueness, style, and is able to represent law, culture, literature and national issues professionally and harmoniously.

N.Jafarli said, the publication is devoted to the topic of public interest and the problem of the personality-miracle state, which is interrelated in the book, is examined through a legal prism.

It was noted that in the book from various points of view are analyzed content of the personality, the place of the person in the live environment, formation and an essence of the state, a thought of world scientists concerning miracles Shumerov and the Koran, transformation of east culture in western. N.Jafarli has brought to attention that, in the edition the relations of the state and society, historical types of the state, creation of civil society and its essence are also studied.

At the event, Head of the Department of the Institute of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy sciences Rafiga Azimova, MPs Fazil Mustafa, Elman Nasirli, Zahid Oruj, Gudret Hasanguliyev and other speakers noted that, a new edition reflected important facts related to the history of statehood and A.Rzayev with his comments revealed these facts.

In conclusion, Ali Rzayev expressed his gratitude to the organizers and participants of the event.
