During the archeological excavations carried out in Ganja by the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, a 3300-year-old kurgan has been discovered.
Four of the 62 registered kurgans have already been involved in the research.
Kurgan cameras of 3300 years were drilled at a depth of 1-1.4 meters and one of them has been buried.
According to the head of the expedition group Bakhtiyar Jalilov, during the excavations there were found various samples of pottery, bronze decorations, bronze buttons, beads, arrowheads, stones and other material and cultural samples.
Note that excavation and laboratory works are continuing in the area.
