Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The monograph "Social state: development, perspectives in Azerbaijan" by leading researcher of the Department of Science and Social Problems of the Institute of Science History of ANAS, PhD in sociology, associate professor Saadat Mammadova has been published.

The publication investigated the concept of social state and the social state structure was characterized as a more effective form of public administration.

The book deals with the basics of the social policy implemented by the state on the directions of social institutions in the country, ensuring the labor rights of citizens.
