The leading researcher of Department of Geography of the population and social development of Azerbaijan of ANAS Institute of Geography, Ph.D. in geography Rovshan Karimov took part in the XXIV International scientific and practical conference “Current trends in economy and management: new view”. On the event held in Novosibirsk of Russia, R. Kerimov made the report “Geographical problems of sustainable demographic development in the Azerbaijan Republic”. The speaker noted that for our country regional demographic loading, uneven distribution of the population on regions, need of management of demographic processes in the conditions of a dense population, demographic stability of some mountain and low villages is characteristic. It was noted that spheres of perspective settlement of demographic processes in the country are investigated. R.Kerimov has been awarded by the certificate of Development Center for Scientific Cooperation (Organizing Committee).
