Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Institute of Manuscripts after Mohammed Fuzuli and Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature after Alisher Navoi.

The document was signed by Deputy Director of the Institute of Manuscripts, Doctor of Philology Aybeniz Aliyeva-Kangarli and Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center for Azerbaijani Culture Samir Abbasov.

At the ceremony, Aybaniz Aliyeva-Kangarli said that, the memorandum of cooperation would promote the integration of science and education between the two countries.

Samir Abbasov stressed that, the signed document will serve to strengthen the relations between the two countries.

Later, Institute Deputy Director of Institute of Manuscripts on Scientific Affairs, Doctor of Philology Pasha Karimov and scientific secretary of the Institute, Ph.D. in Philology, associate professor Azizaga Najafov noted that, the memorandum is based on mutual understanding of the history and culture of our peoples and the exchange of experience between the two institutions.

It should be noted that, according to the memorandum, it is planned to support scientific projects in the humanitarian field, to study the manuscripts, to organize books and experiences, to hold seminars and conferences, to organize book exhibitions.
