Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Deputy director of the National Museum of Azerbaijan History of ANAS, PhD in history Mahfuza Zeynalova "Historical relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbek people" book has been published in Russian.

The publication is the first specialized, complex research study of historical relations between Azerbaijani and Uzbek people from ancient times to 1991. The monograph illustrates the main features of political, socio-economic, cultural and historical relations between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The study is of great importance for the study of the history of development of relations between the two countries.

The scientific editor of the book is the director of the museum, academician Naila Valikhanli.
