The founding meeting of the Young Scientists and Specialists Council was held at the Institute of Science History of ANAS (ISH).

Director of the institute, Doctor of History Maryam Seyidbeyli emphasized achievements in the field of science, as well as the integration of Azerbaijani science into the world science and strengthening inter-science cooperation. He said that in a short period of time, the institute's employees have achieved many successes and published articles in local and foreign journals. M.Seyidbeyli emphasized that young people dominated the enterprise and that the future development of Azerbaijani science is based on the potential of young cadres.

Sayidbeyli reminded that Azerbaijan has implemented various measures for the development of youth policy in recent years, and noted that this document will play a great role in promoting the activities of young scientists and researchers and promoting their knowledge.

Later, the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the ANAS, PhD in Physics and Mathematics Famin Salmanov said that the conditions created for young scientists in the ISH will play an important role in the establishment and development of the future work of the council.

Then members of the newly established board were elected by voting. The chairman of the board, consisting of 7 members, was elected a small scientific worker of the Institute of Natural and Natural Sciences of the Institute, the dissertant Roya Mirzabeyova.
