“Portraits” book by director of ANAS Institute of Folklore PhD in philology Mukhtar Imanov was published.

Consists of two parts, the first “Writer” chapter of the book embraces papers such as “Poet's loneliness and delight in the pleasure”,"Huseyn Javid and mythological thinking”, “J.Mammadguluzadeh and folk laugh culture”.

The second “Literary critics” chapter embraces papers such as “Yesterday, today and tomorrow's literary critic”, “Expanse in scientific thought and in social activity”, “Responsibility”, “Kirkuk passion”, “From texts to the serious publishing”.

Intended for a wide readership, “Portraits” is the 6th book of the author.
