In the book, the editor-in-chief of which is Director of the institute, Academician Ramiz Mammadov and are presented the materials of the conference devoted to the 110th anniversary of the scientist-geographer, Academician Hasan Aliyev.

The manual "Human-Environment Relations" analyzes the scientific basis of the measures taken in the direction of the ecological state in the economic region of Lankaran-Astara, more efficient use of land, development of the economy, as well as the perspective ways of sustainable development of the economic region.
