International Arctic Summit on "Arctic and Shelf Projects: Prospects, Innovations and Development of Regions" was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Director of the Institute of Management Systems of ANAS, academician Telman Aliyev has been elected a member of the organizing committee of the summit.

Representatives of the State Duma and ministries of Russia, governors of Arctic regions and leading experts participated in the summit.

At the international summit, a presentation was made on the topic of "Robust noise technology and monitoring systems at oil and gas facilities operating in extreme conditions, accidents and development dynamics of accidents", jointly prepared by academician Telman Aliyev, the Institute of Management Systems and the Academy of Arctic Sciences.
